Josh Will is the Senior Vice President of Legal Entity Accounting at Aquila Opportunistic Ventures, Inc. Josh is highly skilled in using SS&C Advent Geneva World Investor to provide comprehensive investor legal entity accounting and servicing. Josh trains and manages teams to accurately allocate profits, losses, management fees, and tax impacts among multiple investors on a wide variety of complex investment deal structures, including those with high trade volumes and numerous legal entities. With over 20 years of expertise in financial analysis, fund accounting, and management, Josh has carved a niche in guiding and training teams to harness the full potential of using accounting solutions such as SS&C Advent Geneva World Investor for their legal entity accounting practices.

 

A proud alumnus of Kansas State University, Josh earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration and pursued his MBA from Baker University graduating summa cum laude. His vast experience spans across esteemed financial institutions. Before his current role at Aquila Opportunistic Ventures, Inc., Josh managed the Legal Entity Accounting Group at Oaktree Capital Management. His tenure at Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., had him honing his expertise in overseeing and managing many processes in their Mutual Fund Accounting department. Before Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., he enriched his portfolio with a significant role in Insurance Accounting at State Street Bank & Trust.
