Grace is an operations professional with over 19 years of experience in the finance industry, specializing in alternative investments. Her expertise centers on middle- and back-office support, with a particular focus on corporate actions, bank loan amendments, and restructures.

Grace has a strong track record of working closely with clients to ensure projects are completed successfully and within deadline, overseeing both onshore and offshore team members throughout the process. She has developed detailed tracking tools that provide real-time visibility into assignment status, supporting transparency and strengthening client trust.

Grace has also managed teams responsible for daily reconciliation of breaks between accounting, operations, and custodian banks — ensuring cash breaks were resolved daily and securities reconciliations were completed on a daily or monthly basis, depending on custodian requirements. She reviewed cash and position reports across more than seven strategies and over 100 accounts, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
