Rubie Guerrero is a seasoned investment operations professional with a proven track record and 37 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Corporate Actions, Trade Processing and Settlements, Risk and Reporting, Internal Audit and Data Management. System implementations include VisualPortfolio Manager (Fund Accounting), Geneva (Fund Accounting/Security Master), EDM (Data Management platform), Intellimatch (Reconciliations platform) as well as a proprietary fundaccounting system for a foreign bank. She revamped accounting and operating infrastructure and business processes, wrote accounting and control policies and procedures resulting in effective and efficient operations providing scalability for future growth.

Working closely with a group of IT developers, Rubie conceptualized and designed a proprietary data management platform which was used as a security master, issuer master, index constituent master and analytics master by a large alternative investment manager. Rubie thrives with the challenge of inefficient and ineffective operational processes and systems and has spent her career designing and developing a multitude of solutions to achieve scalability.
