Carolyn is known for her expertise in bank debt and Geneva/Geneva World Investor related projects, offering comprehensive support in all aspects of bank debt and operations.  She has extensive experience in spearheading multiple firm-wide Geneva migration and upgrade projects. This involved resolving reconciliation issues, collaborating with IT and SS&C on fixes, system testing, and report development. She is also an expert at documenting cases and proposing innovative workarounds for complex issues and breaks. She has conducted training sessions for fund accounting and operations teams, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate Geneva and World Investor. These sessions cover a range of accounting processes, including bank debt, corporate actions, and how to analyze issues and their impact on cash and security. She possesses an in-depth understanding of the system, allowing her to navigate and optimize these platforms effectively in support of financial operations.
