Carolyn brings over 20 years of experience in the financial servicing industry and currently serves as Director of Operations at AOV.

Carolyn specializes in bank debt and Geneva/Geneva World Investor-related projects, offering comprehensive support across all aspects of bank debt operations. She has led multiple firm-wide Geneva migration and upgrade projects, including resolving reconciliation issues, collaborating with IT and SS&C on system fixes, testing, and report development. She is also skilled at documenting complex cases and proposing effective workarounds for breaks and system issues.

Carolyn has conducted training sessions for fund accounting and operations teams, covering bank debt, corporate actions, and issue analysis across cash and securities — equipping teams with the knowledge to navigate Geneva and World Investor effectively.
