Eric has managed global teams and led cross-functional projects with a consistent track record of successful outcomes, with particular strength in navigating organizational change and transformation.

In recent consulting engagements, Eric has designed a data warehouse for the investment arm of a leading insurance firm, guided the evaluation of fund accounting systems for an asset manager, and developed ESG evaluation and tracking processes paired with advanced data technology for an alternative asset manager overseeing more than $100 billion in assets under management.

Eric holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and has served as an instructor teaching courses on finance, real estate securities, derivatives, and structured products.
